Overview
PostShow respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our websites, web app, mobile apps, Artists portal, and admin portal (together, "PostShow").
The consumer-facing Privacy Policy at https://postshow.app/privacy is the primary policy for end users. This page summarizes the same practices and notes admin-portal specifics.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile information, user-generated content (reviews, media, comments, messages, claims), optional location for nearby shows, device and usage/log data, waitlist emails, and content reports, as described in the main Privacy Policy.
If you use the admin portal, we also collect information needed to authenticate your access, verify your role, and maintain an audit trail of administrative activity (including moderation and user-management actions).
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage accounts
- Operate, secure, and improve PostShow
- Authorize and monitor access to internal admin tools
- Process claims, reports, and enforcement actions
- Respond to support requests and enforce our policies
- Send service-related communications when necessary
How we share information
We use service providers such as Supabase (auth and storage), Cloudflare R2 (media hosting), Vercel (hosting), and third-party catalog sources such as Ticketmaster and Spotify. These providers process data to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
