PostShow respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our web and mobile apps, including the PostShow admin portal.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, username, email address, profile photo, bio, reviews, ratings, and follow relationships.

If you use the admin portal, we also collect information needed to authenticate your access, verify your role, and maintain an audit trail of administrative activity.

We also collect technical information needed to operate the service, including device and browser details, log data, and usage information related to your account activity.

How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Display your profile, reviews, and social activity to other users
  • Operate, secure, and improve PostShow
  • Authorize and monitor access to internal admin tools
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our policies
  • Send service-related communications when necessary

How we share information

Your public profile information and activity may be visible to other PostShow users according to your privacy settings.

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare R2 for profile photo hosting. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can update much of your profile information in settings. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Depending on your settings, some information may remain visible until removal is complete.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

PostShow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
